For the international board of a data centre company · Private house, Loviisa An afternoon around the fire: the flames and the scent of smoke, which bring a sense of well-being and togetherness. It took place in a house by the sea. The six-course menu, inspired by ancestral fire cooking, was made with meat, seasonal vegetables and local produce, served with handcrafted berry wines. Everything was cooked using four techniques from the Argentine gaucho tradition: the stone slab, the open flame, the embers and the suspended dome. Throughout the afternoon, guests followed each process up close. The bread baked under the embers and the meat slow-cooked for hours in the suspended dome drew particular interest. The fire set the pace, far from the rush of everyday life.
