Isabel created a culinary experience for us at home as we celebrated a family member's birthday in an intimate setting. Planning the celebratory evening with Isabel was effortless. We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating a dear friend's birthday, and the highlight was preparing a three-course dinner together with Isabel. We made a variety of delicious dishes, including homemade ravioli using a pasta machine. Isabel is warm-hearted, talented, and experienced, and she brings food to life with her fascinating insights into flavours, ingredients, and cooking. She is also exceptionally thoughtful when it comes to accommodating dietary requirements. Cooking and sharing a meal with Isabel was a truly memorable experience.
