Spaces are selected as an integral part of the design process. Their architecture, identity, history, and relationship with the surrounding environment are considered from the outset to develop a culinary proposal that is coherent with the place.
The work takes place in private residences, selected properties, cultural institutions, and hospitality venues that share a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and thoughtfully developed contemporary experiences.
Each collaboration gives rise to a site-specific project, which later becomes part of a curated portfolio of developed concepts.
All coordination is carried out with discretion and precision, respecting the character of each space while allowing it to remain an essential part of the experience.
